The Post Office Trustees have previously recorded a Declaration dated September 1, 2005, recorded in Deed Book 3085, Page 361, in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of Albemarle County, Virginia (as amended, the "Hollymead Area C Declaration"), which provides for various rights and obligations concerning tracts or parcels as more particularly described therein. The tracts or parcels shown and described on the attached Plat are a portion of that property subject to the Hollymead Area C Declaration. The drainage easements shown and designated on the Plat as "New 20' Private Drainage Easement" shall be deemed "Stormwater Management Easements" under Article III of the Hollymead Area C Declaration, to be operated and maintained as set forth in the Hollymead Area C Declaration.
