This letter is to advise you that the Property is located within the zoning classification designated by the Zoning Ordinance of Albemarle County (the "Zoning Ordinance"). The Zoning Ordinance permits those uses outlined on Exhibit "B" attached hereto, and incorporated herein by reference, within zoning classification . The The operation of a hotel is one of the uses permitted in zoning classification under the Zoning Ordinance. There are no outstanding violations of building codes of Albemarle County, Virginia applicable to the Property.
