Board of Sueprvisors one copy will be kept for our records and one copy will be returned to you. If you require additional
copies please make copies of the signed Plat we return to you. Additional copies will not be signed. Please make sure to
print the Plats to scale, have all applicable parties sign them, and have it notarized. Thanks and let me know if you have
