Update- 12/14/22: With VDOT Acceptance (Eff. 11/30/22) and completion of prior items [Most recent inspection,
8/9/22], road plan bond Phase 2 may be released.
RE CONCRETE TESTING: County email, J. Anderson to Charlie Armstrong, June 2, 2022 3:29 PM, partial text: "We are not
interested in destructive concrete testing, and appreciate your thoughtful point -by -point summary, ... ". This email in response to
C. Armstrong email [June 2, 2022 1:06:34 PM], which reads in part: `My hope is that considering the quality appearance and the
fact that much of this concrete has been in place for several years, this won't be required. I don't believe we have any concrete
tests so this would likely require destructive testing which would negatively impact the existing concrete.'

removed from county's perspective, and once tree is limbed to the DI side, no issues remain. ... it is fortunate no critical items
