N A ang -41n mom ORDER 3 aft THIS MATTER,having regularly matured,set for hearing and docketed,came on this day to be heard on the Complaint and exhibits filed therewith;an Order of Publication as to the Unknown Heirs of R.O.Hall and the Parties Unknown was duly executed and certified herein,and service was effected on the Unknown Heirs of R.O.Hall and the Parties Unknown via said Order of Publication, and the Answer of the Parties Unknown has been filed herein by their duly appointed guardian ad litem;and no response by the Unknown Heirs of R.O.Hall having been filed; UPON CONSIDERATION WHEREOF,the Court being of the opinion that: 1. The facts and statements in the Complaint are true. 2. All persons have been properly served who may have an interest in the real estate described in the Complaint as follows: A strip of land approximately 616 feet in length and approximately sixteen(16)feet in width,and which Iies adjacent to the entire length l�J of the western boundary of[Albemarle County Tax Map]TMP 80-5 and 199.12 feet of the western boundary of TMP 80-3A2,which is identified on several plats of record in the Clerk's Office of this Court as"Farm Road"or"Old Road." This strip is more particularly shown and described on"Rural Subdivision Plat"made by Roger W.Ray& Associates,Inc.,dated June 2,2008 of record in the Clerk's Office of this Court in Deed Book 3796, page 34 (hereinafter the "Real Property"). lG. 10 . The Plaintiffs and their predecessors in title to said land have since 1972 had exclusive and continuous possession of the land and have used and exercised dominion over the same by fencing,using the land as pasture,paying the taxes thereon;that such possession,use and dominion has been actual,exclusive,continuous,hostile,open,visible and notorious and under claim of right. ADJUDGED,ORDERED and DECREED: 1. That title to the Real Property made the subject matter of this suit be,and it hereby is, declared to be perfected and vested in the said plaintiffs,William A. Orr and Elizabeth M. Orr, Trustees of the Elizabeth M.Orr Living Trust; 2. That a copy of this Order be recorded in the Land Records of Albemarle County;and 3. That this cause is closed.
