Under section § 17-900 of the Albemarle County Code, this is your NOTICE TO COMPLY with
the requirements of the Land Disturbance Permit (or Agreement in Lieu of a Plan) for the
referenced project and to immediately take corrective measures to address erosion and sediment
control deficiencies on this property. This Notice to Comply is being issued because of the
following deficiencies:
Deficiency: denuded areas dormant longer than 14 days have not been stabilized
Corrective Action: Must stabilize all denuded areas dormant longer than 14 days or at final grade
Deficiency: Large amount of dirt stockpiles have not been stabilized or recorded in SWif from
outside sourse
Corrective Action:
Deficiency: Slopes on sediment basin C have not been corrected
Corrective Action: Must rework slopes on Sediment basin C and stabilize
Deficiency: diversions have not been reworked and stabilized
Corrective Action: must rework diversions and stabilize
Deficiency: Inlet protection not installed on live storm drains
Corrective Action: All live inlets mus t be protected
Deficiency: mud track on street

Unless subsequently amended in writing by this office, it is expected all of these corrective
measures will be completed by.
Reinspections as a result of this notice to verify corrective measures will incur a $170 fee for the first
reinspection and $270 for each subsequent reinspection for single-family dwelling units (§ 17-207).
Reinspections as a result of this notice to verify corrective measures will incur a $283 fee for the first
reinspection and $383 for each subsequent reinspection for VESCP and VSMP permits (§ 17-207 and
§ 17-208). Failure to take effective corrective measures will result in a Stop Work Order upon
reinspection. A 4% technology fee is due with each payment.
