BAILEY and DOROTHY M. BAILEY, husband and wife, parties of the second part. W I T N E S S E T H : WHEREAS, by deed dated December 3, 1938, Deed Book 241, page 540, Bertha E. Davis conveyed to James 0. Bailey and Anna Frances Bailey, his wife, jointly for their joint lives with remainder upon the death of either to the survivor in fee simple, a certain tract or parcel of land situate near Earlysville in '•. Albemarle, County, Virginia, containing 67.6 acres; and WHEREAS, by deed dated September 9, 1950, Deed Book 291, page 364, said James 0.
