THIS DEED OF GIFT made this 16th day of September, 1986,
by and between E. L. STRICKLER and BETTY LACY STRICKLER, husband
and wife, "Grantors," and ELLIOTT BROCK STRICKLER and SALLY BRANN
STRICKLER, husband and wife, "Grantees," whose mailing address
is: Route 5, Box 350-F Charlottesville, Virginia 22901.
W I T N E S S E T H :
That for and in consideration of the mutual love and
affection between the Grantors and Grantees herein, Grantors do
hereby GRANT, BARGAIN, SELL and CONVEY with GENERAL WARRANTY and
ENGLISH COVENANTS OF TITLE unto Grantees, as tenants by the
entirety, with full rights of survivorship as at common law, and
not as tenants in common, all that certain lot or parcel of real
property, with all improvements thereon and appurtenances
thereto, situate in the White Hall Magisterial District of
Albemarle County, Virginia, containing 9.24-acres, and designated
as Lot A, on a --plat prepared, W -lliam S. Raudabuash, Inc.,
mortified Land Surveyors, dated °January 14, 1985 -and •revised.
September 12, 1986, a copy of which is attached ,hereto and
recorded herewith•> and being a portion of the property as was
conveyed unto the Grantors herein by deed of E. L. Strickler and
Betty Lacy Strickler, his wife, dated December 15, 1975, of
record in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of Albemarle
County, Virginia, in Deed Book 590, page 3871 TOGETHER WITH an
EXCLUSIVE right-of-way 20 feet in width for purpose of ingress
and egress to and from said Lot A to State Route 614 as shown on
aforesaid plat.
This conveyance is made subject to graveyard reservation
set forth in instrument of record in the aforesaid Clerk's Office
in Deed Book 273, page 23 insofar as it may affect the property
