The County of Albemarle Planning Division will grant or recommend approval of the plat referenced above once
the following comments have been addressed: [Each comment is preceded by the applicable reference, which is
to the Subdivision/Zoning Ordinances unless otherwise specified.]
1. [14-302(A)] County GIS has this application titled "Inglewood — BLA," however, the Plat title indicates this
is the `Barterbrook" BLA. Please clarify.
2. [14-302(B)(1)] Include a date of revision.
3. [14-302(B)(5)] Include a note that the property is subject to the AIA Airport Impact Area and Steep Slopes —
Managed Overlay Districts.
4. [14-302(B)(6)] Revise all PID references and change them to TMP.
5. [14-303(A)] Revise the statement of consent to division as applicable, depending on the response to Comment
1 above.
6. [14-303(0)] Revise the County Approval signature panel to say, "Agent for the Board of Supervisors."
7. [General Comment] Staff recommends removing the setbacks on Sheet 2 to provide clarity.
a. Leave the setbacks in Note 3.
b. Leave the 12.4' and 24.6' measurements on the existing dwelling.
8. [General Comment] Revise the highlighted land hook below.

The Department of Transportation, Charlottesville Residency Transportation and Land Use
Section, has reviewed the above referenced plan as submitted by Commonwealth Land
Surveying, LLC, Inc., dated October 24, 2022 and find it to be generally acceptable.
If further information is desired, please contact Willis Bedsaul at 434-422-9866.
A VDOT Land Use Permit will be required prior to any work within the right-of-way. The
owner/developer must contact the Charlottesville Residency Transportation and Land Use
Section at (434) 422-9399 for information pertaining to this process.
