THIS DEED OF PARTIAL RELEASE made this 28th day of September, 1972,

by and between R. Westwood Winfree of Richmond, Virginia and Harry I.Schutte,
Jr. of Chesterfield County, Virginia, Trustees, parties of the first pert,
hereinafter referred to as the Trustees, First and Merchants National Bank,
Richmond, Virginia, Bondholder, party of the second part, and Wendell W. Wood,
party of the third part,
W I T N E S S E T H II-

WHEREAS, by a deed of trust dated March 3, 1971, and recorded in the
Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of Albemarle County in Deed Book 484,
page 409, Wendell W. Wood and Marlene C. Wood, his wife, conveyed to the Trustees
certain tracts or parcels of land in Albemarle County, Virginia, and the City
of Charlottesville. Virginia, and
WHEREAS, Wendell W. Wood has requested that the hereinafter described
property be released from the lien of the said deed of trust dated March 3, 1971.
and the Bondholder is willing to consent to said release,
NOW THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars (....10.00)

cash in hand paid, and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt of
which is hereby acknowledged, the Bondholder does hereby consent to the release

of the hereinafter described property from the lien of the deed of trust dated ,
March 3, 1971, and directs the Trustees to so release the said property, all
as evidenced by its uniting in this deed. Accordingly, the said R. Westwood
Winfree of Richmond, Virginia and Marry I.SChutte, Jr., of Chesterfield County,
Virginia, Trustees, do hereby GRANT, RELEASE, OUITCIAI7M, and COIIVEY with SPECIAL
WARRANTY of TITLE unto Wendell W. Wood those two certain tracts or parcels of •

land in Albemarle County, Virginia, more particularly described as "Parcel C"
, l' \ containing 41,385 square feet, as shown on the attached plat of Roudabush and
'I Gloeckner, Certified Land Surveyors, dated September, 1972, and "Parcel 10C - 1"
I containing 17,788 square feet as shown on the attached plat of Roudabush and
Gloeckner, Certified Land Surveyors, dated August, 1972, free and clear from the ,
lien of said deed of trust dated March 3. 1971, of record in said Clerk's Office
in Deed Book 484, page 409, but in all other respects the lien of said deed of
trust is to remain in full force and effect. Reference is hereby made to the
attached plats for a more particular description of the property hereby released. i
