Please clarify. • The application should have been Barterbrook as that is the legal description for the subdivision. 2. f 14-302(B)(1)] Include a date of revision. • A revision date has been added. 3. f 14-302(B)(5)] Include a note that the property is subject to the AIA Airport Impact Area and Steep Slopes — Managed Overlay Districts. • Note 3 with the setback references has been updated to include the AIA and Slopes references. 4. f 14-302(B)(6)] Revise all PID references and change them to TMP. • PID has been changed to TMP. 5. f 14-303(A)] Revise the statement of consent to division as applicable, depending on the response to Comment 1 above. • No change to the statement of consent was made. 6. f 14-303(0)] Revise the County Approval signature panel to say, Agent for the Board of Supervisors. " • The panel has been revised. 7 [General Comment] Staff recommends removing the setbacks on Sheet 2 to provide clarity. • Setback Lines removed from plat. [General Comment] What is this line showing? Is this part of the water and sewer easement? Removing the setbacks line may clarify this. • The line in question was the setback line. 10. [General Comment] Move the 15.93' measurement seen above for clarity • With the removal of the setback line, the dimension should be more clear.
