I plat is to be recorded in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of Albemarle County, Virginia, does hereby subject said lots to the following restrictions, ease- ments and conditions which shall be applicable to and binding upon each and every i1 '.• i one of said lots. These restrictions shall continue and run for a period • of twenty r i (20) years from the date of their recordation in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit . Court of Albemarle County, Virginia. • 1. APPROVAL OF PLANS. No residence, building; boundary, fence, wall, .. . driveway, well, septic system, or other structure, whether or not of a temporary ` t character, nor any unlicensed vehicle, shall be erected or placed upon these lots, and no alterations or additions to any such improvements or structure shall be made, t until the building plans thereof (including exterior building material, exterior t color scheme, grading plan, and location of said improvement, structure, alteration or addition) shall have been approved in writing by the Windrift Architectural r 3ti Control Committee. SIZE AND NUMBER OF BUILDINGS.
