THIS DEED made this 23rd day of October, 19'18, by

hereinafter referred to as the Grantees;
WITNESSETH:
That for and in consideration of the sum of TWENTY -SIX
THOUSAND, TWO HUNDRED, EIGHTY -TWO and ONE -HALF DOLLAR!:
($26,282.50) cash in hand paid by the Grantees to the Grantors,

the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, the Grantors
hereby grant, bargain, sell and convey with general w<.rranty
and English covenants of title unto the Grantees as tenants by
the entirety with full rights of survivorship as at ecmmon
law and not as tenants in common all that certain tract or parcel
of land in the Jack Jouett Magisterial District of Altemarle
County, Virginia, fronting 40.82 feet on the north margin of
State Route 829, containing 10.513 acres, more or less, being
all of Parcel "D -1" containing 15.871 acres, shown on plat of
record in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of said county
in Deed Book 597, page 567, LESS Parcels D -lA and D -1H as shown
on plat recorded in Deed Book 623, page 198, and LESS Parcel D -1C
containing 1.095 acres, as shown by plat of Thomas D. Slue,
Civil Engineer and Land Surveyor, dated August 21, 1978,
attached to a deed of the Grantors conveying said parcel to
Sandra Russell McCabe.
This conveyance is subject to telephone easenents of
record in Deed Book 366, page 502 and Deed Book 533, page 247;
to an easement of ingress and egress over the forty fort strip
between Parcels "D -lA" and "D -1B" for the benefit of those two
{ parcels, to an easement for an underground television :able
between those two parcels and with the burden of maintenance of
