I am the planner working/reviewing the subdivision plat and site plans in the County for phase IA and IB of Lochyln Hill. Can you send me a copy of that approval letter or if you already have a PDF of the approved plan I'll take that. This request is being made for my Lochyln Hill project files. Upon such approval and upon completion of connection to the sewer line(the "Transfer Event"),the sewer Easement shall automatically convey from ACSA to City hereunder,upon the same terms and conditions as set forth herein as applicable to ACSA,and the ACSA shall have no further rights within the Easements or ownership of the facilities therein. Notwithstanding the foregoing,the Transfer Event shall not automatically change or alter the ACSA's rights to use the facilities located within the Easements to service the County residents connected to the lines. Grantor,its successors or assigns,agrees that new trees,shrubs,fences,buildings, overhangs or other improvements or obstructions shall not be placed within the Easements conveyed herein.
