81. That will take the application off this submission/review schedule and allow you as much time as you need. Once you

Peter -
I have completed my review of the above-noted Architectural Review Board (ARB) sign application with
regard to established ARB Sign Guidelines. The following issues have been identified that will need to be
adequately addressed for an administrative approval.
ARB Review Fee:
The required $120 ARB application review fee was not provided. Sign permits will not be issued until that fee
has been paid.
Sign Colors:
Revise the sign drawing to include the Pantone color numbers for the proposed sign colors.
Sign Dimensions:
Revise the sign drawing to include the overall sign dimensions as well as the dimensions (width and height) for
each row of text and the width of the sign border. What does it mean on the sign drawing where it says “top of
sign is 14”? Is this supposed to mean 14 feet above ground? Provide a drawing(s) showing how this v-shape
projecting sign attaches to the building. The drawing(s) should include dimensions including the height of the
wall at the point it attaches and how far it projects from the building.
Sign Illumination:
Revise the sign drawing to include a note indicating that the sign is not to be illuminated.

Certification That Notice Of The Application Has Been Provided To The Landowner
This completed form, indicating you notified the landowner, was not included in your application. ARB
approval will not be given until it has been submitted.
