[Comment] It appears there is one critical slope located south of site that will be be slightly disturbed during the construction of the additional gravel area.It also appears that the runoff for the entire site will be routed into a stormsewer with the outflow concentrated near the critical slope area. The applicant requesting the waiver shall file a written request explaining how the waiver, if granted,would address the rapid and/or large-scale movement of soil and rock,excessive stormwater run-off, siltation of natural and man-made bodies of water,loss of aesthetic resources, and,in the event of septic system failure,a greater travel distance of septic effluent(collectively referred to as the"public health, safety, and welfare factors")that might otherwise result from the disturbance of critical slopes.
