Dear Mr. Tucker,
This letter is to approve, as a Letter of Revision, the installation of a storage building and fencing
to the above referenced site plan as shown on the attached site plan change. This is the 15` Letter
of Revision for this site. A total of three (3) Letters of Revision are allowed before all changes to
the plan are required to be submitted in the form of a site plan amendment. Two copies of this
approval must be submitted with your building permit for the storage building.

In response to your Letter of Zoning Compliance dated May 21, 2012, Rio West would like to request the following
minor revisions to its January, 1989 site plan:
1) The storage shed originally located in the rear lower parking lot of the main Rio West Building has been
relocated to an upper parking lot in the southwest comer of the parking lot. This storage building is not on a
permanent foundation and only results in losing three (3) parking spaces out of the "New Parking Added (76)
For Future Development" noted on the site plan.
2) The fence in portion of the lower parking has been recently constructed to provide "secured parking" for several
automobiles owned by one of the tenants at Rio West. This secured fence is to allow the tenant to perform
sophisticated "blue tooth' testing. The fence does not result in the lost of any parking spaces from the approved
parking lot. (It was my understanding that the fence company obtained the necessary permit for the fence but
they obviously forgot to deal with the site plan).
Enclosed is the $100.00 application fee for the requested Letter of Revision. Also, enclosed are four copies of the
plan which shows the proposed changes.
