ANDERSON, a widow, party of the first part and MARIE A. SMITH, THADIES ANDER-
SON and OLIVER ANDERSON, parties of the second part,
W I T N E S S E T H:
THAT for and in consideration of natural love and affection of
her daughter, son and grandson and more especially in consideration of these
three having supported me in recent years so as to save her from having to
draw old age assistance and let the government take her place at my death,
Lou Anderson grants, bargains, sells and conveys with General Warranty of
Title unto Marie A. Smith, Tha.dies Anderson and Oliver Anderson 4 and 83/100
acres in Albemarle County, Virginia, about two miles south of Keswick on the
north side of Route 250 shown on County tax map sheet 80 as parcel 65 and
being the land conveyed to Lou Anderson by Harthenia Johnson and Howard John-
son, Dora Harris and Andrew Harris, Marie Smith and Clarence Smith, Clarence
