This letter approves your submitted Letter of Revision for the above -referenced site plan. The letter of revision proposes
the following changes as shown on the attached plan and described in the attached letter, dated 10-26-2022:
1. An amendment to the scope of phasing for the Albemarle Business Campus to allow a portion of the required
pedestrian path adjacent to TMP 76-46F (as shown on the attached plan) to be constructed during the development of
Block 2, instead of with Block 5, which is Phase 1 of Albemarle Business Campus.
There are no other changes to the approved plan proposed.
This letter is the first (151) Letter of Revision for this site. Three (3) Letters of Revision are allowed, after which all required
changes must be submitted in the form of a site plan amendment.

RE: SDP2021-22 Albemarle Business Campus: Block 5 Letter of Revision #1
To Whom It May Concern,
SDP2021-22 Albemarle Business Campus: Block 5 is a site development plan on tax map parcels 07600-
00-00-046AB and 07600-00-00-05400. This site plan is the first phase of the Albemarle Business Campus
Neighborhood Model District, proposing the construction of a private road, Vision Lane, self -storage and
smaller commercial/office uses, and a Class B Type 2 pedestrian path in the rear. This letter of revision
seeks to revise the scope of phase 1 as the original phasing plan and the approved SDP2021-22 would
require the construction of the pedestrian path nearly 55' beyond the end of the parking area currently
proposed. At the time of adjacent block's construction (Block 2, phase 5), this parking area would be
expanded; if the full extent of the pedestrian path were to be constructed in phase 1, the portion of the
phase I path would essentially require reconstruction at phase 5, as the extension of the parking area
would necessitate regrading and disturbance of the path area. To allow for a sensible sequencing of
construction, the developer requests this revision to the scope of phase 1.
Materials included in this submission are (1) full-size digital copy of the site plan sheet of the approved
SDP2021-22, with phasing lines. (4) full-size hard copies may be provided, at the request of the County.
