GLENBROOKAT FOOTHILLS- LETTER OFREVISION#I TO SDP-2022-21 Please allow this letter to serve as an official request for a letter of revision to the approved SDP-2022-00021 for Glenbrook at Foothills, Phase III. The proposed change consists of adding a Phasing line to the project north of Park Ridge Drive. All improvements north of Park Ridge Drive, including Lots 98-120, will be part of the Phase II portion of the development. These improvements will not be constructed until the Site Plan Amendment # 1 for the development has been reviewed and approved by Albemarle County. Other than the addition of this Phasing Line, there are no other changes to the approved plan proposed with the Letter of Revision # 1. This is the I' letter of revision proposed for this site plan. We acknowledge that a total of three (3) letters of revision are permitted for an approved site plan. Please let me know if you have any questions or require any additional information.
