Dear Margaret,
NWVV
December 12, 2003
I am writing to you to request a revision to the site plan (landscape
plan) for Charlottesville Catholic School. The site plan calls for 6 trees (acer
ginnala "flame ") to be planted in the school courtyard. In the attached copy
of a portion of the site plan, these trees are marked in yellow. At the time
the school was built, the trees were planted in a different location. The
location of these trees is market in red. I request that you approve this
alternate location so that we can remove these 6 trees from our bonding
requirement. Thanks very much for your help.
