Replant with a mix of 18 Willow Oak and Red Maple trees at a minimum 3.5"caliper as shown on exhibit sheet C2. 3. Add one new London Planetree behind the proposed Monticello Community Surgery Center as additional landscaping. See exhibit sheet C2. This is the second (2nd) Letter of Revision for this site. The revisions proposed are only to the landscaping plan shown on SDP'84-067. The proposed revisions are as follows: • 17 existing Bradford Pear trees shall be removed as shown on exhibit sheet C1. These trees are currently on Albemarle County's"Do Not Plant" list due to this species problem with disease. • A mix of 18 new willow oak and red maple trees at a minimum of 3.5"caliber shall be replanted as shown on exhibit sheet C2. • A new London planetree shall also be installed behind the proposed Monticello Community Surgery Center as additional landscaping. See the attached exhibit sheet C2. Included on exhibit sheet C2 is the landscape schedule for the proposed landscaping. Also included on sheet C2 are the applicable landscaping requirements within the limits of the revised area.
