This letter is to approve. as a Letter of Revision, the installation of a 14' X 28" picnic shelter to the above referenced site plan as shown on the attached site plan change. This is the 3rd Letter of Revision for this site. A total of three (3) Letters of Revision are allowed before all changes to the plan are required to be submitted in the form of a site plan amendment. This means that if there are future changes to the site then a new site plan amendment must be submitted for review, regardless of how small the change may be. Sincer Francis H. The shelter would be added in the southern corner of the property as part of an Eagle Scout project. It would measure approximately 14'by 28' and be used outdoor classes, Scout meetings, sport meetings, etc. It would not require any sewage or electrical systems. This is the first Letter of Revision for this site.
