The letter of revision proposes the following changes: 1. Provide ADA parking space and ramp at rear of building. 2. Add left entrance feature. (The right entrance feature was shown on previous plans, but it should be noted that sign locations are approved through the sign application process and not on the site plan.) 3. Add approved plan information from the Ivy Fire Station Plan to include the 200 - series storm sewer pipe, retaining wall and additional parking spaces. This is the first (2 "d ) Letter of Revision for this site. Three (3) Letters of Revision are allowed, after which all required changes must submitted in the form of a site plan amendment.
