The plats still need signatures from you and both of the Wagner's need to sign, all with Notary seal. Once all owners have signed you can take the plat to the county for there approval signature, you will probably Need to leave it and come back later to pickup. The county should keep one of the copies and the remaining 4 are For you and the Wagner's for recording purposes. We don't need a copy back this time going forward as we will only be keeping unsigned copies in our records. Jen, I submitted a BLA plat about a month ago for Tax map 70 parcels 26A &17 and forwarded the payment confirmation To CDD on November 1,2022, Transaction #00038177. We haven't heard anything at this point and I tried to look this up on county view and can't find it in the system by owner or tax map parcel. We are a little concerned that this might have slipped through the system without being assigned. Can you please confirm that the plat is under review7.
