Thanks for your comments on the Boundary Line Adjustment Plat for Snow's Inc.
1. Viola Way is not on T.M. 90-35Y or adjacent to the surveyed property.
2. N/A.
3. Note B. "These parcels are in the Jurisdictional Area for Water and Sewer" is the standard note.
Section (14-302-[b](7) of the ordinance refers to the watersheds and Ag/forestal districts (see Notes D & E).
Once you have had a chance to review the comments, please let us know if the plat is ready for owners
signatures.
