The County of Albemarle Planning Division will grant or recommend approval of the plat referenced above once
the following comments have been addressed: [Each comment is preceded by the applicable reference, which is
to the Subdivision/Zoning Ordinances unless otherwise specified.]
1. [14-302(B)] Parcel 41 as shown on the plat is identified as TMP 18-41G in Albemarle County records.
This 22.27 acre parcel was recorded by instrument #202200013013.
a. Please correct all TMP references.
2. [14-302(A)(11)] Please include the above recorded instrument number in the legal references note on
Sheet 1.
3. [14-302(A)(10)] Please correct the development rights note. TMP 18-41G and TMP 18-41E cannot be
further divided. Based on the recorded instrument above, TMP 18-41G cannot be further divided smaller
than 21 acres.
4. [14-302(B)(1)] Include a date of revision.
5. [14-302(B)(10)] Include the following note: "The stream buffer(s) shown hereon shall be managed in
accordance with the Albemarle County Water Protection Ordinance."
6. [14-303(D)] Correct the acreage for TMP 18-41 G.
