Dear Dean,
As owner of tax map parcel number 4581-04-1 (attachment A) I do hereby agree to allow the Carrsbrook
Homeowners Association to install replacement signage, as well as associated landscaping, on this
parcel.
The Carrsbrook Homeowners Association will be solely responsible for making sure the signage and
associated landscaping meets all zoning and signage requirements of Albemarle County. Further, the
Carrsbrook Homeowners Association will be solely responsible for the cost to maintain the signage and
associated landscaping.
At my sole discretion I reserve the right to have the Carrsbrook Homeowners Association remove the
signage at any time at its cost.
