SUB-2022-00195 Review # 1 Dear Mr. McCollum: The Department of Transportation, Charlottesville Residency Transportation and Land Use Section, has reviewed the above referenced plan as submitted by Bohler, dated November 14, 2022 and offer the following comments. 1. Please change labeling of dedicated right of way, to the Commonwealth of Virginia for public use. 2. Attached you'll find the right of dedicated deed form of gift to the Commonwealth of Virginia to be filled out/executed, and returned to our office to be reviewed. If further information is desired, please contact Willis Bedsaul at 434-422-9866. A VDOT Land Use Permit will be required prior to any work within the right-of-way.
