The County of Albemarle Planning Division will grant or recommend approval of the plat referenced above once
the following comments have been addressed: [Each comment is preceded by the applicable reference, which is
to the Subdivision/Zoning Ordinances unless otherwise specified.]
1. [14-302(A)(4)(5)] Update the plat to reflect any recorded instrument numbers associated with shown
easements.
2. [14-302(A)(9)] Include the standard note: Revised TMP 61-120J contains a building site that complies with
Section 4.2.1 of the Albemarle County Zoning Ordinance.
3. [14-302(B)(1)] Include a date of revision.
4. [14-303(0)] Provide a signature panel for the Agent for the Board of Supervisors.
5. [14-303(T)] Include the standard note: The 0.012 ac of land shown on the plat is a special lot established
solely for the purposes of right of way dedication for public use.

Dear Mr. McCollum:
The Department of Transportation, Charlottesville Residency Transportation and Land Use
Section, has reviewed the above referenced plan as submitted by Bohler, dated November 14,
2022 and offer the following comments.
1. Please change labeling of dedicated right of way, to the Commonwealth of Virginia for
public use.
2. Attached you'll find the right of dedicated deed form of gift to the Commonwealth of
Virginia to be filled out/executed, and returned to our office to be reviewed.
If further information is desired, please contact Willis Bedsaul at 434-422-9866.
A VDOT Land Use Permit will be required prior to any work within the right-of-way. The
owner/developer must contact the Charlottesville Residency Transportation and Land Use
Section at (434) 422-9399 for information pertaining to this process.
