[14-212 (c)] VDOT approval of an entrance onto State Route 795 is required prior to final plat approval. The plat has been forwarded to the VDOT. Comments/approvals will be forwarded to the applicant upon receipt. 2. [14-212 (d)] Please add the following note to Sheet 1: "No lot shown on this family subdivision plat may be sold or conveyed to a person other than an eligible 'member of the immediate family', as that term is defined in Chapter 14 of the Albemarle County Code, for a period of four (4) years after the date of recordation of this plat except as authorized by section 14-212 (a) of the Albemarle County Code. If any lot created by the recordation of this plat is conveyed back to the grantor during the four (4) year period, it shall be recombined with the parent lot within six (6) months after such conveyance." 3. [14-301(d)], [14-302 (b)(1)] On Sheet 1, it appears that the orientation of the inset map and the direction of the north arrow are incorrect. Can you confirm? 4. [14-302 (b)(1)] Please add a date of last revision once the edits are completed. 5. [14-302 (b)(7)], [14-303 (q)] On Sheet 1, note 15, please revise, "public water andrsewel' to "public water and sewe?". 6. [14-308 (1)] Groundwater assessment information. A Tier II Groundwater Assessment report is required for final plat approval. This will be forwarded to the applicant upon receipt. 7. [14-309] Soils evaluations. Please submit the results of percolation tests or other methods of soil evaluation used to determine the suitability of the soil for subsurface drainfields if conventional onsite sewage systems are proposed to be used in the development of the subdivision. These results shall be forwarded by the agent to the health director. 8. [14-310] Health director approval is required for individual private wells and/or onsite sewage systems.
