The permitted uses of the property are provided in the Code of Development associated with ZMA200100020, approved August 6, 2003. The property is subject to the Entrance Corridor ("EC"), Steep Slopes, and the Airport Impact Area Overlay Districts as described in Section 30 of Chapter 18 of the Zoning Ordinance. Additional information pertaining to the PD-MC zoning district can be found in Section 25A of the Zoning Ordinance. • The hotel ("Current Use") at 3060 Laurel Park Ln is a by right use within the Planned Development — Mixed Commercial (PD-MC) zoning district, and a use provided in the Code of Development for this parcel. • A Certificate of Occupancy has been issued for the Current Use. To the best of my knowledge, the Property is currently in compliance with all applicable requirements of the Zoning Ordinance. A review of our files found (i) no violations or alleged violations or regulations applicable to the Property, whether pending, contemplated, or having already occurred, (ii) no fees due or pending with respect to any matter before the County Zoning Office; and (iii) no pending application for rezoning of the Property or for a special or conditional use permit or variance in connection with the Property. Further, no proceeding to challenge the zoning or other governmental approval or use of the Property is pending or overtly threatened to the best of my knowledge. • If the Property contained physical development approved with a site plan, then in the event of casualty, the Property may be rebuilt substantially in the same form upon satisfaction of all required building permits and site plans, as applicable. • Copies of any relevant records may be obtained via the noted links or the Community Development Department Records Public Access link below. If unable to find the records, then a request through the department's Records Manager, Paul Bjornsen, at pbiornsen(cilalbemarle.oro may be made.
