THIE RENOVATION CONSISTS OFANEW RETAIL STORE FOR THE SALE OF LEGOS AND SIMILAR AND ASSOCIATED PRODUCTS, A PARTY ROOM FOR HOSTING SMALL GROUPS OF PEOPLE WITH TABLES AND CHAIRS AND BACK OF HOUSE AREAS INCLUDING RESTROOMS AND STOCK I STORAGE ROOMS FOR STORAGE OF PRODUCTS NOT ON DISPLAY. THE RENOVATION WILL PRIMARILY LEAVE THE EXISTING SPACE UN -ALTERED WITH THE EXCEPTION OF ADDING A 314 HEIGHT PARTITION TO CREATE A NEW EMPLOYEE AREA AS PART OF THE BACK -OF -HOUSE. EXISTING FINISHES WILL RECEIVE A NEW COAT OF PAINT WHERE INDICATED. TWO EXISTING ACCESSIBLE RESTROOM WILL BE WITHIN THIS SPACE, AND WILL BE AVAILABLE TO THE PUBLIC. A NEW DRINKING FOUNTAIN COMPLYING WITH ADA REQUIREMENTS WILL BE PROVIDED IN THE EMPLOYEE AREA WITH SIGNAGE INDICATING THAT ACCESS TO THE PUBLIC IS AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST. EXISTING SINKS WITHIN BACK -OF -HOUSE AREAS ARE TO REMAIN AND WILL SERVE TO SUPPORT THE STORAGE USE AS THE MERCHANDISE THAT IS SOLD I USED FOR PARTIES REQUIRES CLEANING AFTER USE AND BEFORE STORING.
