NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING OF CHARLOTTESVILLE REDEVELOPMENT
AND HOUSING AUTHORITY ON PROPOSED
REVENUE BOND FINANCING FOR STANDARD MIDWAY MANOR VENTURE LP
Notice is hereby given that the Charlottesville Redevelopment and Housing
Authority (the "Authority"), whose mailing address is IODO 1st Street S, Char-
lottesville, VA 22902, will hold a public hearing on the application of Standard
Midway Manor Venture LP (the "Applicant"), a Virginia limited partnership
whose business address is 1901 Avenue of the Stars, Suite 395, Las Angeles,
CA 90067. The Applicant has requested the Authority issue up to $23,000,000
of its revenue bonds (the "Bonds"), in one or more series of qualified residen-
tial rental bonds, at one time or from time to time pursuant to a plan of fi-
nance, to assist the Applicant in financing or refinancing a portion of the
costs of acquiring, constructing, renovating, rehabilitating and equipping an
age restricted affordable housing development to be known as Midway Man-
or Apartments, to consist of 94 one -bedroom units and 4 two -bedroom units,
to be located on approximately 232 acres of land located at 100 Ridge Street
in Charlottesville, Virginia 22902 (the "Project"). The Project will meet the re-
quirements of a qualified residential rental project within the meaning of Sec.
tion 142(d) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended (the "Code").
The Project will be owned by the Applicant or an entity affiliated with and con-

Pursuant to Virginia Code § 15.2-1427 and § 24.2.306, the Board of Supervisors
of Albemarle County, Virginia will hold a public hearing on March 2, 2022 at
6:00 p.m, by electronic means, to receive public comment and input regard-
ing a proposed ordinance to amend Chapter (Administration), Article 1(Elec-
tions) of the Albemarle County Code by amending Sec 2-1DO and repealing
Secs. 2.101 through 2.106, and adding new Secs. 2-101 and 2-102. This ordi-
nance would amend the boundaries of the County's magisterial (election) dis-
tricts and voter precincts by reapportioning the County's population among
the magisterial districts as required by State and federal law following the
2020 decennial census. The proposed ordinance also would identify each vot-
er precinct's polling place. The Board will also consider three alternative mag-
isterial district configurations, and the selected alternative will determine the
final version of the proposed ordinance to be considered for adoption by the
Board at a later date, currently scheduled for March 23, 2022. Members of the
Albemarle County Board of Supervisors and the Albemarle County School
Board, with the exception of the at -large member on the School Board, are
elected from their respective magisterial districts.
