RE., 2415 Ivy Road Commercial Redevelopment - SWM Asbuilt plan
Please allow this letter to serve as a Certification for the 2415 Ivy Road Commercial Redevelopment Stormwater
Management facilities. Overall, the stormwater management facilities have been built and installed to the
approved plans, as detailed on the attached asbuilt plan. Below is a summary of the asbuilt construction elements
that have been completed and shown on the swm asbuilt plan:
1. The following items have been shown on the SWM plan:
a. A signed and sealed asbuilt has been provided for final review and approval.
b. The two pre-treatment cell facilities and detention basin have been installed per the design plans and
detain the required amount of storage capacity per the original design.
c. The asbuilt volumes for the facilities are shown in comparison to the design volumes. The contours
and volume of the SWM facilities were asbuilted and this information is shown on the asbuilt plan for
comparison to the original design. The volume of the asbuilt SWM facilities meet or exceed the
original design.
d. The contour and labels have been shown within the asbuilt SWM facilities for the design swm facility
contours and asbuilt swm facility contours.
2. The plantings for the SWM facilities include just grass, as these are grass detention facilities that drain
completely over a period of time after a rain event.
3. The information on the earthen embankment construction has been shown on the plans.
4. The owner has provided the F&R reports on the embankment compaction.
5. The pervious pavers have been installed per the design plan at the front parking lot areas.
6. Asbuilt swm facilities and outtall structure field information have been shown on the plans and compared to
the original design information.
Please allow this letter to serve as the final certification that the stormwater management features within the
2415 Ivy Road Commercial Redevelopment project have been completed and meet the design and SWM
requirements.
