For ROAD plan bond release, items required:
1. VDOT Acceptance
2. As -built:
a. Seal As -built drawings.
b. Revise As -built date, once revised.
c. Show 3 street trees on Shannon Glen Ct. and 4 trees on Templhof Court planted since 10-Oct 2014
(d. of Max Greene bond reduction letter to Dickerson Ridge LLC). If not planted, please plant trees
to match approved road plan.
d. Remove Future Phase from road profiles if future phase will not be built.
3. Provide sign maintenance agreement for alternative sign /posts, pis ref. M. Greene letter d. 10 October 2014.
4. Record Public Access Easement Plat (SLTB202200193), once approved.
Note: Letter, John Wilson, VDOT, to Andy Reitelbach, Alb. County /Planning, d. 12-30-22 (paraphrase):
Lincoln survey plat d. October 25,2022 is generally acceptable.
5. Please confirm 2-yr velocity is self -scouring, and capacity sufficient to convey Q10 in 26.10 LF 24" RCP, SD
P3-SD P2, since As -built grade, 0.38% < 0.50% (0.50% =Minimum design grade for storm drain pipe).
6. Provide Developer Certification letter at this link. Complete /return with Road Plan final inspection request
w/ $307.84 fee for bond release once Shannon Glen Ct. accepted by VDOT, and listed items are complete.
