Development rights assessment request for tax map parcel 7-51A in Boonesville. Albermarle
County. 14.75 acres.
Reason:
The parcel had a'h acre boundary line adjustment in 1983 that is recorded with the deed
although the 1983 plat does not appear to have a county approval signature nor does it indicate
the number of development rights. (Deed Book 771 page 582)
I am requesting confirmation that this parcel retains its five development rights after this 19831h
acre boundary line adjustment.
I have included the successive deeds, 1932 to December 19, 2022.
This request is not pan of an application to subdivide this parcel. I understand that development
rights are one subject and that subdividing a parcel requires compliance with several other
county regulations that may not be viable at this time, such as parcel access via public or
private street and a new, approved plat.
