Please be advised that this subdivision application will need to be approved and recorded prior to the approval of applications SUB202200173 and SUB202200174. First Revision: Comment addressed. 2. [14-302 (A)(15)] Please add the owner(s), instrument number, and deed book information for T.M. 86-16 and T.M. 86-16F1. First Revision: Comment addressed. 3. [14-302 (13)(1)] Please add a date of last revision once the edits are completed. First Revision: Comment addressed. 4. [14-302 (B)(7)] Please revise Note J to "...this property lies within the Upper Mechums River Water Suppiy Watershed." First Revision: Comment addressed. 5. [14-308] Groundwater Assessment information. Please see the attached Tier II Groundwater Assessment. First Revision: Comment addressed. 6. [14-309] Soils evaluations. Please submit the results of the percolation tests or other methods of soil evaluation used to determine the suitability of the soil for subsurface drainfields if conventional onsite sewage systems are proposed to be used in the development of the subdivision. These results shall be forwarded by the agent to the health director. First Revision: Comment addressed. Please see attached VDH approval letter. 7. [14-310] Health director approval is required for individual private wells and/or onsite sewage systems. First Revision. Comment addressed. Please see attached VDH approval letter. 8. [14-316] VDOT approval of entrances onto State Route 689 is required prior to final plat approval. The plat has been forwarded to VDOT. Comments/approvals will be forwarded to the applicant upon receipt. First Revision: Comment addressed. Please see attached VDOT approval letter.
