Re: SUB202200167 Brookhill Block 11 Open Space Boundary Line Adjustment Plat - Review Comments
The County of Albemarle Planning Division will grant or recommend approval of the plat referenced above once
the following comments have been addressed: [Each comment is preceded by the applicable reference, which is
to the Subdivision/Zoning Ordinances unless otherwise specified.]
1. [14-302 (A)(311 Please state the road name, road with, and road type in a label on the plat. Include the recorded
instrument that dedicated the right-of-way for the street serving these lots.
2. [14-302 (A)(15)] Albemarle County GIS indicates that the open space parcel (Open Space C) is owned by Stanley
Martin Homes LLC, but lots 68, 69, and 70 are owned by Stanley Martin Companies LLC. Please verify if this is
incorrect and revise the plat to include any missing owner names and addresses and a signature line, if necessary.
3. [14-302 (131)(1)] Please add a date of last revision.
