PROPOSAL: Requesting approval of a site plan amendment to modify the previously approved Apartment Block into twelve two-family attached unit lots and to revise the layout of improvements to avoid conflicts with an easement. The proposed change to the Apartment Block will not result in an increase in density. ZONING: R6 Residential - residential (6 units/acre and up to 9 units/acre bonus level) under §18-16 of the zoning ordinance. The purpose of this notice is to inform you about the Proposed project, its location, and how you can access a copy of the Proposed plan and other project information, including comments from staff reviewers. Please contact the lead reviewer at mgleason@albemarle.org for an online link through which you can view the plans, reviewer comments, and provide feedback. The reviewer comments related to the proposal will be available to view on February 2, 2023. Action on the proposed plan must be taken by February 17, 2023. These projects are "by -right", which means that if the proposed plans meet the minimum requirements of the County's zoning, site plan, or subdivision ordinances, they must be approved.
