Re: SUB202200170 Belvedere Block 10 Two -Lot Subdivision - Review Comments
The County of Albemarle Planning Division will grant or recommend approval of the plat referenced above once
the following comments have been addressed: [Each comment is preceded by the applicable reference, which is
to the Subdivision/Zoning Ordinances unless otherwise specified.]
1. [14-302 (A)(3)] Please state the recorded instrument number for the 57' wide segment of Fowler Street at the
southwest corner of new parcel X in the label on Sheet V2.
2. [14-302 (A)(4) and 14-302(A)(5)] Please verify whether all existing public and private easements on TMP 62A3-1B
are shown on Sheet V2. If other easements exist that are not shown, please provide a note on Sheet V1 identifying
the easements and their recorded instrument numbers.
a. Please update the label for the 20' and 30' ACSA easements at the southeast corner of new Parcel X so
that it states the recorded instrument number.
3. [14-302 (13)(1)] Please add a date of last revision.
4. [14-303 (A)] Please revise the statement of consent to division on Sheet V1 so that it states TMP 62A3-1B
instead of 63A2-1B.
a. The statement of consent to division references TMP 62G-5 Parcels 1, A, and C. However, those parcels
do not appear to be affected by this plat Please verify, and remove references to those TMPs as
necessary.
5. [14-303 (1)] Please provide a definite bearing and distance tie between not less than two permanent monuments
on the exterior boundary of the property and further tie to existing street intersection where possible and
reasonably convenient.
