ANY DAMAGE OR CLOGGING TO STRUCTURAL MEASURES IS TO BE REPAIRED IMMEDIATELY. SILT TRAPS ARE TO BE CLEANED WHEN 50% OF THE WET STORAGE VOLUME IS FILLED WITH SEDIMENT.
