The County of Albemarle Planning Division will grant or recommend approval of the plat referenced above once
the following comments have been addressed: [Each comment is preceded by the applicable reference, which is
to the Subdivision/Zoning Ordinances unless otherwise specified.]
1. [14-302(B)(1)] Include a date of revision as applicable. See comment 2 below
2. [14-303(C)(H)(1)] Can you explain a little more about the control points shown on Sheet 4? Why are these
bearings not included on Sheet 3 for the irons found?
3. [14-308.1] A Tier 11 Groundwater Assessment has been initiated for this application. Results of the
assessment will be forwarded to the applicant once it is completed.
4. [14-309 and 14-3101 Soils Reports for this property have been sent to the Virginia Department of Health for
review. Health Director approval is required prior to final plat approval. Their review is currently pending.

The Department of Transportation, Charlottesville Residency Transportation and Land Use
Section, has reviewed the above referenced plat as submitted by Roger W. Ray & Assoc., Inc.,
dated December 07, 2022 and find it to be generally acceptable.

A VDOT Land Use Permit will be required prior to any work within the right-of-way. The
owner/developer must contact the Charlottesville Residency Transportation and Land Use
