[14-302(B)(1)] Include a date of revision as applicable. See comment 2 below 2. [14-303(C)(H)(1)] Can you explain a little more about the control points shown on Sheet 4? Why are these bearings not included on Sheet 3 for the irons found? 3. [14-308.1] A Tier 11 Groundwater Assessment has been initiated for this application. Results of the assessment will be forwarded to the applicant once it is completed. 4. [14-309 and 14-3101 Soils Reports for this property have been sent to the Virginia Department of Health for review. Health Director approval is required prior to final plat approval.
