This email is to serve as the transmittal of application SUB202200171 New Private Street and Access Easement. What
they are doing is amending the existing private street intersection, not actually building a new private street as the title
suggests, to conform with the road plans that were approved in April of this year, SUB202200115. They are also adding a
new private access easement, but again it's like theyre just changing the location slightly of the existing one. The subject
