I certify that the roads have been built in reasonable accordance with the approved construction plans. As-built road plans dated August 5th, 2022 have been prepared based on field surveys of the final constructed improvement locations and have been submitted to the County of Albemarle. The as-built plans show both the final horizontal and vertical alignments for the roads,the locations and elevations of storm drainage pipes, the locations of all stormwater and access easements, sidewalks,and all road signage present at the time of the most recent survey.
