The following documents are attached for consideration of a full bond release in accordance with
the Albemarle County Private Road Acceptance Procedure;
• Bond Inspection Request for Avinity Estates SUB-2015-00149 and electronic payment
$307.84 - **submitted on 7/8/2022 via email**
• Signed Owner Certificate of Completion
• Recorded Subdivision plat and copies of all recorded drainage easements, sight
easements, and right of way plats
• Signed and sealed letter from P.E. Jimmy Taggart certifying that completed
improvements are built according to plan
• Field reports
• Flash drive of storm pipe inspection videos and Pipe Video Summary
• 2 full size copies and 1 11x17 copy of Avinity Estates As-Built plan
