This letter contains responses to County comments dated November 3, 2022. Our responses are as follows: 1. [ 14-302(A)(4-5), 14- 303(L)] Easements. a. Label the new 30ft and 60ft SWIM Facility Easements as either public or private. Rev. 1: Thank you for labeling the easements. Planning will defer to additional guidance provided by the Engineering staff reviewer below. RESPONSE: Per Engineering's review, we have removed `private' labeling from the easements. 2. [14- 303(H)] Monuments. Identify the material of all permanent reference monuments. Rev. 1: Comment not addressed. Please identify the material of all permanent reference monuments on the plat (ex. IF, IS). RESPONSE: Following email correspondence on January 3, 2023, this is resolved. 3. [Comment] Reminder that revised plats must include the original date of drawing and the revision date(s) of each subsequent version of the plat. RESPONSE: Thank you for your comment.
