RE: Response Letter #2 for SUB202200041 2300 Hunters Way
Dear Mariah,
Thank you for your review of the easement plat for 2300 Hunters Way. This letter contains responses to
County comments dated November 3, 2022. Our responses are as follows:
1. [ 14-302(A)(4-5), 14- 303(L)] Easements.
a. Label the new 30ft and 60ft SWIM Facility Easements as either public or private. Rev. 1:
Thank you for labeling the easements. Planning will defer to additional guidance
provided by the Engineering staff reviewer below.
RESPONSE: Per Engineering's review, we have removed `private' labeling from the easements.
2. [14- 303(H)] Monuments. Identify the material of all permanent reference monuments. Rev. 1:
Comment not addressed. Please identify the material of all permanent reference monuments on
the plat (ex. IF, IS).
RESPONSE: Following email correspondence on January 3, 2023, this is resolved.
3. [Comment] Reminder that revised plats must include the original date of drawing and the revision
date(s) of each subsequent version of the plat.
RESPONSE: Thank you for your comment. Please see an updated revision date with this
submission.
