homestay (Airbnb) use on my property at 1005 Vineyard Path Road. The purpose of this notice is to
identify the emergency contact/responsible agent for the homestay and to satisfy the county's
requirements.
I am providing this notice in the interest of maintaining good neighborly relations. Please be assured we
will strive to maintain a quiet homestay that does not impact my neighbors. However, if any issues should
arise during a guest's stay, please contact me or my wife Annette Osso, and we will work to respond to
any issues and attempt to resolve them within 60 minutes of being contacted. My contact information is
