To my knowledge, I have not received all of these requirements. David, have the deeds been routed to you by chance for County signatures? I have not seen the deeds associated with the plat. We cannot sign/approve the plat without the accompanying deeds. They will need to be recorded along with the plat. Application SUB202200195 Discount Tire Special Lot Plat (Right -of -Way Dedication) is currently under review. I have had some correspondence with VDOT about this application, but haven't received their finalized comments yet. Once I receive VDOT's comments I will have the comment letter out to you all. I am expecting a letter by the end of the week. One main comment is that SUB2022-90 will need to be approved, recorded, and the instrument number reflected on this special lot plat prior to approval.
