As of now, I have no objections to the LOR. Engineering has also confirmed that they have no objections. Once Howard

Howard & Betty — any chance you take a look at this LOR and let us know if there are any concerns that would not allow
approval of the proposed changes?

Hi everyone and Merry Christmas,
I hate to buck protocol and write to each of you directly instead of using the normal channels for this. But
my client, S.L. Williamson, is facing a deadline that needs immediate attention. They need to place the
order for components of the equipment that make up the new plant now and cannot wait the normal
review time for the current Letter of Revision (LOR) application. So I am hoping that I can expediate this a
bit and at least get a verbal approval of the LOR so that they can feel comfortable proceeding with this
order. I spoke briefly with Cameron to help expediate this previously, but the timing has now become
critical.
The LOR is a request to reconfigure the fuel containment As mentioned in the letter that accompanied
the LOR request, the reconfiguration is due to global issues with the fuel supply that are beyond our
control. The fuel containment area on the approved site plan was 66.5'x45' and the proposed
containment area is 68.3'x47.3'. The fuel containment area contained one fuel tank in the approved site
plan, the area will now contain two fuel tanks. The fuel containment area will be in the same location as it
was shown on the approved site plan. There will be no additional impervious area with this change.
Please do not hesitate to contact me with any questions or comments.

Hi Ammy & Ben,
Thanks for checking in on the status of the LOR. As Ben noted, I am the lead reviewer for the LOR, and it has been
received and distributed for review to the necessary staff members. I am anticipating everyone finishing their reviews by
the first week of January. If the reviews are completed before then, I will send you any comments or approvals.
Ammy— I have looked at the LRO and the only comment I have so far is to update the legend on Sheet 7 so that it
includes the new item #23 referenced in the summary of proposed changes letter that you included with the submittal
package. Unless the other reviewers identify other changes needed, that looks like the only comment that Planning
Division staff will have.
Let me know if you have any questions. Thanks,
