comments. Five copies of the revised plans must be submitted
no later than Tuesday June 21, 1977 , in order to be heard
by the Planning Commission on Tuesday, June 28, 1977
7 : 30 p.m. , Board Room, County Office Building , Charlottesville
Virginia. Otherwise , it will have to be deferred to a later
• date. These comments should not be considered final . Please
have a representative present at the Planning Commission meeting .

2. Note net density;
3. Note that 1.35 a/u is gross density;
4. Note proposed right-of-way widths and road widths;
5. Add notes that speak to: a) sidewalk alignment; b) bike trails; c) other
pededstrian facilities; d) sanitary sewer layout, pump stations,manholes;
e) active and passive recreation- areas, parks and school dedication f) other
community facilities; g) storm sewer layout;
6. Note size of water lines;
7. Note that building setbacks for the fringe of the development must meet those

The following are comments from the County Service Authority Office, concerning
the site plans received from your office.
•
(1) The meadows ( Hillsboro) R.P.N. site plan: Water and Sewer appears to be O.K.
Each unit should be individually metered. The sewer lines shall be maintained by
the owner. To comment more fully a detail set of plans-will be needed.
(2) Wilco Gas: No public facilities.
(3) Windsor R.P.N. Site Plan: Public water is available in the area, but the distance
to the existing water line may be to great to be feasiable. The size of the lots
indicate public water might be desired.

designed to serve lots 3, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, and 22. The water line should be
installed where the meters are accessible for reading. The distance to existing.
water should be checked.
(5) Miller Division: No public Facilities.
